To provide a professional networking group devoted to enhancing corporate Talent Acquisition professionals’ careers at all levels through inclusive and fun networking experiences.
Purpose
Founded to foster an accessible and collaborative community of Talent Acquisition professionals in San Diego and Orange County. Our aim is to create an environment where professionals at every career stage can freely exchange knowledge, leverage common practices, and embrace best practices, thus elevating the collective expertise and success of our members.
Member Profile
Members are corporate talent acquisition professionals, managers, or leaders. Vendors or independent recruiters do not meet member profile requirements except for a select few that are qualified sponsors for events.
Format
The forum is built around quarterly in-person gatherings at local venues.
Forum gatherings follow an agenda outlined below:
1. Forum meeting agenda
a. 1 hour - Networking
b. 1.5 hour – guest speaker or facilitated topic discussion (scheduled in advance)
c. 30 mins – Close and networking
Cadence
The forums will be held quarterly 4pm – 7pm for appetizers and beverages. Actual dates can vary contingent upon member availability and approval.
Location
The forums will be held at local venues, typically restaurants, to accommodate food, beverages, and space for discussion and presentations.
